Estimated delivery times are listed for each product on the sale page, and can be found in your Order Update emails.
Delivery Time
Usually 2-4 weeks. Due to the high demand of some of our most popular products, please allow 2-5 weeks for delivery.
* If the item is shipped from our warehouse in the US, it will be 1-3 weeks (it will be written on product page)
If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at Sales@wiwav.com.
If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase.
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

- DHL eCom Standard: 12-18 days
- DHL eCom Express: 7-12 days
- DHL Standard: 5-7 days
- DHL Express: 3-5 days

Undelivered Packages
Malinstyle is not able to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order.
All undelivered packages will be processed as a return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $80, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
